Let's give it a +/- 5 %

So ? if we can add that to Fred's, then, he is doing about 18 % .... would that apply to Mitt and Huck ? why or why not does that not apply to Mitt or Huck ?

Most polls have had him at 12-14% for days now with the other candidates moving around as much a 12%. Very odd stuff going on.
