I live in Illinois and voted for Alan Keyes in the senatorial election, he was bashed without let up in this forum and look who we got for our U.S. Senator in Illinois.

I live in Illinois and voted for Alan Keyes in the senatorial election, he was bashed without let up in this forum and look who we got for our U.S. Senator in Illinois. Do you think he lost because he was bashed in this forum, or because he was a long shot to begin with, his campaign was poorly run, and he made a number of statements that were seen as inconsistent and/or hypocritical?
