SB 777 also uses this redefinition of gender to forbid educators from discriminating against any individual employee, student or other person based upon that individual's unspoken claim of being male or female, regardless of his or her actual sex.
UNSPOKEN claim? Given this whole new gender-ambiguity thing, how is it possible to tell what gender someone has decided they are unless they tell someone? So if I happen to wear a pair of cargo pants, a hoodie, and skateboard shoes into school one day, am I a 'male' because I'm 'presenting as a male' in an 'unspoken' way?

Yeah, I wondered about that too. Does it have to be written down, or does the educator have to guess?
