Aviles-Reyes went into labor during the traffic stop, and her husband, who was also an illegal immigrant, was deported immediately - before she could deliver her son the next day...

Miriam Aviles-Reyes, an illegal immigrant, and the human rights group Derechos Humanos say a Tucson police officer was abusive and called the Border Patrol without necessary cause. *FLASH!
Atencion!
You are illegal.
You aren't supposed to be here.
What planet do these losers come from to come up with "...without necessary cause?"
You are Mexican nationals.
You belong in Mexico!

Yes, but the kids are American citizens and can and should come back when theyre older. The current interpretation of our Constitution (and I stress "current") says they may return when they are adults.
"Can and should" may be a tad presumptuous.

5 down, 25 million to go. The real number is closer to 50,000,000 than it is to 25,000,000. Still, I believe we have, or are about to round a corner on all this.

What about the father of these three children? Is he being deported too? I’m sure he would want to be with his WIFE, that he legally married, so he could support the children he brought into this world with her, as a responsible, hard working adult who takes responsibility for his actions. Right?

That about says it all--no mention of husband.
No, it doesn't. Did you actually read the story? It says:
"Aviles-Reyes went into labor during the traffic stop, and her husband, who was also an illegal immigrant, was deported immediately - before she could deliver her son the next day."

the kids are American citizens and can and should come back when theyre older. Why? It would be more fitting that they become part of the revolution to overthrow the Mexican government and help install a constitutional representative democracy in Mexico.
They could be part of something that could change the lives of hundreds of millions.

And you might want to read post #7 apparently you were so quick to jump to the negative.

Kind of cold hearted, but maybe some of the illegals will read this... and take warning.

Glad she’s married. They must have both had good paying jobs in order to take care of their children and not sponge off the U.S. taxpayers. So hopefully, they will be able to find decent jobs in Mexico until they apply to come here legally. Happy ending.

Yep, and they all scream police abuse. She and her husband and her children needed to go back to their own country.
Unless they are here legally; they do not belong here.

She never should have been here.
Her fault.
I hope she suffers greatly.

I remember the day this new cashier at the local COSTCO managed to ring up a couple of hundred extra charges on me and she didn't speak enough English to understand what I meant when I told her to "stop, stop, stop, stop, stop".
She was undoubtedly one of the manager's girlfriends, but she had no business doing that particular job.
