She definitely looks better with straight hair. Not as pretty as the Bush twins, or my wife, but way better than me.
I sympathize with Chelsea’s hair issues! Since I can’t afford a Hollywood hairdresser, I just keep mine 2” long :-).
Chelsea isn’t pretty, but with the right hairstyle and makeup (and a pleasant expression) she looks okay. Well-chosen clothes and good posture go a long way, too.
