Well .. that’s a stupid analysis .. just having a security clearance doesn’t make you able to run the country.
And .. I think Monica is as emotionally screwed up as Hillary ..!!!
The rule must have been :
To get a Top Secret security clearance, one must have sex with the President.
Monica got a clearance and Hillary! didn’t.
