I did copy and paste. Still doesn’t flip the quote. That needs to be done manually. At least the way I’m doing it.
For example, here’s the whole thing in Word. I’ve deliberately replaced the angle brackets with curly braces to disallow the browser to act on the code:

Alas, Babylon, it’s Word’s fault. Don’t use it to post URL’s anymore. Use IE or Firefox (that’s what I use). Word is “thoughtfully” “correcting” your double quotes.
