It’s all in the double quote symbol. When I use Word, it comes out as a ” whereas in IE, it shows as a “.

If you look at the code in my post, you’ll see I got the correct url, but the quote symbol is not properly interpreted. I always look for that to correct it on all my quote symbols, but missed that one this morning.

Sounds like you’re typing the URL. That’s an activity fraught with potential errors. Just copy and paste the URL from Phsstpok’s post to Word.
