With exception to the flanges on the sides, I'd say it looks more like a stage off of a booster vehicle.
Notice the corregated surface (which would be unusual for a bulk silo)

No, it’s not too big.
I have them all around me. It takes two semi-trailers (and one tractor) to haul one segment.
One blade is two trailers.
Four blades per windmill.
4-5 vertical segments.
Very large.
