May they be Massively Maced repeatedly in the face and haquled away to the hoos-scow for a long-long-long stay. ..and tied to posts standing up on their own float, maced again and again for the whole length of the parade for all to see. Hand out 1 million eggs to the crowds 500ft before that float makes it to those spectators.

Forget the tazers or mace; I would MUCH rather see about 50,000 highly irritated spectators rise up and beat the living hell out of them.
Just call it a mass exorcism. ;)
