Clinton is functionally unable to feel any genuine emotions other than rage, so she fakes every facial expression, and most times the expression she displays is inappropriate, or at least a caricature of the appropriate one.
This is another of those times.
I think someone told her that, when you see someone you care about, your pupils dialate and your eyes widen.
Since she doesn’t understand the concepts of “caring about someone,” she doesn’t know how to stop at “caring.” She goes clear to “insane.”
Can you imagine how tiring it must be to have to hide your total anger at having to speak to the paeons—and let them touch you and look you in the eye—while you have to fake every emotion?????
