If this is really going on, the administrators should be charged. Assaulting school personnel is a designated felony in my state, and students who do so do go to jail, and are expelled from school.

I am in complete agreement.

This kind of behavior is not condoned in our district. I don't know about jail time, but I do know of explusions for behavior not even this bad just in the school my daughter attends........and one of them was a 1st grader.
