No one should take him seriously after his disgraceful performance in Oct 2006 over the Fence bill. He screamed no stop for 2 weeks that it was "going to be pocket vetoed" despite being repeatedly told it could not be pocket vetoed. He simply ignored all the facts on how a pocket veto works to keep screaming his ignorant bile in the crucial last few weeks of the campaign.

Maybe you're right; to be honest, I haven't read much of his stuff for the last few years. I used to read all of the articles at NRO, but now I just swoop in to read Jonah, VDH, and Steyn...and a little of The Corner.
