The Left always mocks the term “social engineering” but there is no other description for it.

And they do this while constantly demeaning and sneering at pursuits and imagery that has been historically tied to masculinity:

• Cowboys are portrayed as closet homosexuals (there was that awful, award-winning movie a few years ago)
• Hunters are portrayed almost universally as neanderthal hillbilly drunks.
• Anyone who owns a gun or is an NRA member is portrayed as a firebreathing, ignorant Nazi.
• Soldiers are portrayed as psychotic burnouts who are vagrant ticking time bombs, waiting to explode with a hail of gunfire at a shopping mall.

etc. etc. etc.

It is indeed social engineering in the style of Goebbels....  "repeating the lie often enough" and all that.
