I’m surprised they haven’t sued yet. Perhaps they can’t scrape together the filing fee.
Red Hat sued them over their false claims, but SCO managed to get the case put on hold for years. It's amazing that anyone can get away with false claims to damage their competition for so long. I think I prefer the "Put up or shut up, NOW!" German legal system for this. Such a thing happened in Germany, which is why SCO can't make any of these claims there. They declined the demand to prove their claims of Linux ownership, instead choosing to accept the order to never make such claims again.
