Got a cite for that which doesn't come from a freak-left website? For example, Indymedia claims 130 of these camps have been built adjacent to "major highways and railroad transport facilities" but I have to wonder how you do that without anyone noticing.They're disguised as shopping centers. That Cheney guy is tricky. :>)
