Al Gore brags about winning the Popular Vote, he neglects to mention that his win was 0.51% margin, WELL within the margin of error (especially considering absentee ballots were not all tallied, where it would not have changed results in a state AND when one factors in fraudulent votes). The only way to know for sure if Gore won the popular vote would be a district by district NATIONAL recount.
