This thread was started as the result of a rumor on a blog. As such, it appears to have been little more than that. A rumor on a blog. But it was nice of everyone to get together. Pass the potato salad.

Originator of this thread heard a rumor of an announcement this afternoon, hence the originator's title. It turned out to be simply that the Thompson campaign has requested donations for running a new Iowa ad. See it at fred08.com.

Mittsters like Checkers are trying vainly to make Thompson to appear as foolish as Mitt the Flip Flopper.
