I like Fred, but his campaign is a lost cause. He has no fire left.

Typical formulation by Mitt-worshipping Fred-bashers.

"I like Fred, but he's a tired lazy nobody etc etc etc."

Just another form of slimy attacks.

Yeah I am getting pretty tired too of the Taliban section of the Republican party (Romney/Huckabee)

Most well-funded campaigns (which Mitt certainly has done) have paid or voluntary staffers who post an approved formulation of attack on various boards.

Sometimes, there’s even a macro for speed.

They typically go in the same order, and are given instructions to derail threads favorable to other candidates, engaging in attacks/disruption.

I have no direct evidence of that occurring here, but do note that “different” Mitt supporters are generally the first or second poster on every pro-Fred Thompson thread repeating the same macro of attacks, making it look like such macro-attack is occurring.

It’s ineffective and reveals more about the candidate they support than anything.
