As Muhammad Ali said a generation ago (in advocating Islam for blacks), "the ghetto is not in the buildings or infrastructure, but in the soul (of black Americans). You could give them a $93 million mansion and they would turn it into a ghetto".

Mr. Brown, if you want to figure out why there is “black flight” from the sometimes lovely city of San Francisco, you maybe just ought to look at (1) depraved leftists who run the place with inane policies, and (2) depraved “social” policies driven by gay-bi-lesbian-transgender fanatics who alienate all but the far left; (3) insane housing and zoning policies that make the city unafforable for all but the poor (on govt programs) and the rich; oh, and maybe just take a look at the tax burdens and economic burdens imposed by the city on so many.
