The secret Iraqi Chemical Weapons program 1999-2002 was code named "Pharmaceutical and Insecticides Project". I read many top secret document on this project where they mentioned the manufacturing of the most critical precursors to make different Chemical Weapons.
As I mentioned earlier the Iraqis were so sensitive and extremely careful not to call WMD by its names even before the first Gulf War and hence they have camouflaged their latest Chemical Weapons program (1999-2003) to produce the precursors for CW under an industrial name "Pharmaceutical and Insecticides Project". In fact their previous nuclear program in the eighties and up to the first Gulf war was called "The Petrochemical III project", or "PC III".

Saw your stuff before, J. While the Iraqis were careful about not mentioning WMD precursors by their names, their cover terms were lame.
Merry Christmas J.

Insecticides?
During the invasion, wasn’t our troops finding rather large stockpiles of 55 gallon drums full of insecticides on military bases?
I remember that a lot of people thought that it was odd that they had so much insecticide stockpiled, especially on military bases.
