The whole “too little, too late” thing is ridiculous. It was “too much, too soon” from all the candidates. Politicians can try to make this a 4-year campaign, but I’m not buying.

Very true, especially for Fred Thompson. He wins elections, not polls...

Look for a strong second or possible first, after the dust settles. Expect the lead in polls to still have him in 3rd or 4th place.

All is as it should be...

Notice that Fred Thompson has ‘set the trend’ in several areas already.

“I’m not playing a game of hands”
“Gun control is a steady aim”
“I’m doing it my way, not yours.”

He was smart to wait, and those who jumped in early are whining because they accomplished little.

I still think a THOMPSON/HUNTER ticket would get a lot of Republican/Conservative support.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

“The whole ‘too little, too late’ thing is ridiculous.”

I wonder if Rudy Giuliani is saying that about now.
