Big, heavy engines shouldn't be in street cars with a short-coupled wheelbase.

Thank you, Ralph Nader.

Is there any possibility in your mind it was the driver's fault?

It was a new car, I watched from just three car lengths away, and I saw no wrong moves.

Ralph opposed the Corvair.

I drove my girlfriend's '65 just once—it was an accident waiting to happen. The Corvair is a long-coupled wheelbase, but rear tire pressures are key.
