Very reminiscent of a famous case "The Wild Boy of Aveyron" in nineteenth century France. He didn't speak either, and never learned. It appears there is a critical period in which verbal ability and probably a number of other behaviors need to be stimulated in order to develop.

Clearly dangerous to other people.
Typical wolf-like habits and behaviour.
Dangerous with psychological problems but also a source of viruses and infections.
Nails on feet like claws.
Doesn’t react when we call.
Wild creature in a lair.

Okay, false alarm. Just another Hillary sighting.
