That you used both caps and the ownership asserting "MY", in "MY EMPLOYEES" says quite a bit as to why YOU think that the choosing of and paying for what THEY need in life as a great burden or ruination to THEM to have to do for THEMSELVES. Yes, better that THEY have YOU, their master, their boss, their don, their kapo, their jeffe, their EMPLOYER to pick and pay for them. It is a thing beyond their own limited abilities for them to chose a health care plan, or life insurance, or tuition, or pension savings. Thank YOU!

Only YOU could choose the most appropriate plan for them, just as Uncle Sam is the only man who can set up a social safety net of things like the great and string Social Security, or Medicaid, or Medicare, or RRA, or Federal Pensions. Yes, mas-tuhs!

Or ....

Perhaps you might better thing of those folks with you as as ASSOCIATES, or even as partners and peers, and see that they can and SHOULD do these things for themselves as such things have NOTHING to do with your business.
