Good posts. This issue makes me so sad and angry. I wish there was something we could do, with Christmas coming up, to let R & C know that they haven't been forgotten and that they have the support of many people.

And btw, unlike some here, it doesn't surprise me at all that Jorge isn't pardoning them. But he has pardoned drug dealers, carjackers and other convicts. The fact that border agents,on the other hand, are getting hung out to dry is very telling.

Yes, the Compean Ramos case is about as frustrating and depressing as any travesty of justice around. And it is VERY telling about Bush. I hate to admit to my liberal friends that they may have been right about him in SOME ways. I support him on the WOT and I would re-vote for him again only because what was my alternative?
