I would disagree. IMHO, Hunter is the only one capable of a landslide victory with coattails. A vote for any other is a vote for more-of-the-same, and will cause a Dem victory at all levels.

I’d cite the 1980 election as more relevant. There will be no strong southern incumbent to run against and both of the leading liberals are very flawed people.
