Actually, most of Iran/Iranians are pro-western and not anti-American. We should be helping them overthrow that regime.
I'm open to suggestions, I'm sure the Iranian people are too.
What do you have in mind?

Our government needs to infiltrate and give them weapons to fight and kill their oppressors. I’m sure they know how since they’ve done it so often before.
