[history]
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Campaigning in New Hampshire today, Republican Ron Paul says he would lift sanctions on Iran and order the U.S. Navy to pull back from its shores.
Paul says if the U.S. relieved pressure on Iran, people would breathe a sign of relief, interest rates probably would not go up and oil prices probably would drop.
Speaking in Manchester, Paul said the Bush administration has been looking for war with Iran.

Time for a new tagline, I think I’ll use your stunning study of presidential character...

It’s way overdue, if you ask me. This entire campaign is about a third party run designed to allow Hillary to win with 45% of the vote. Everyone involved in this fraud’s sham candidacy knows he has zero chance of winning anything.
I can’t believe the Paulestinians have been allowed to use this site as long as they have. It’s like the Kos Kids and their fellow travelers have been given a free pass to troll at will because they’re backing a faux-libertarian anti-war activist. It’s a disgrace.

Judging by your "heros" section, it is apparent that you're a scientologist. He lists his religion as Christian-other. It is possible to be both.
Still, his hero list is packed solid with Scientologists.
You are aware of what you #1 listed "hero", L. Ron Hubbard had to say about Jews, right?
I personally know a Jewish Scientologist who worked directly for Ron. When I was a member the local Church's staff was mostly Jewish. I tend to judge by actions, not hyperbole...
WhistlingPastTheGraveyard? I'm a former member of that organization. If you are OT-III or above, would you be so kind as to review my thread on Scientology, and critique it for accuracy?:
So you have questions about Scientology...

And it's even more amazing how we fail to learn from history.Like the first Barbary War? That kind of history?
To: wagglebee
What would be even more amazing is if they just went away!
I asked the questions to link our current situation to events in that part of the world which occured over 30 years ago about access to the Persian Gulf. There are consequences to actions.

No, I meant in regard to my original questions. You could also go back to 1975 and see what was going on between Iran and Iraq as well.

Make your point, troll. The coy school teacher routine is getting tiresome.

“Possibly Sonny Bono” is one of my heros.
It’s sarcasm, guys. check the interview link with L Ron Jr on the right side of the page. I’m decidedly anti-clam.

I actually remember that thread from when you posted it, and really enjoyed it and appreciated your candor in it.

I asked the questions to link our current situation to events in that part of the world which occured over 30 years ago about access to the Persian Gulf. There are consequences to actions. You mean 28 years ago when Jimmy Carter betrayed the Shah of Iran and to show their appreciation, the Iranians seized SOVEREIGN AMERICAN SOIL and kept American citizens with diplomatic credentials in captivity for 444 days?
Are those the events you are talking about?
Because if they are, you bet your ass there should be consequences. I think that Iran needs to be reminded as forcefully as possible that the United States of America is the world's only superpower for a reason. And I don't give a damn if you and your leftist ilk like it or not.

Im decidedly anti-clam.That's a relief. I was checking out your page and "David Miscaviage" popped out to me like a sore thumb. I've always had an interest in organizations which employ mind-control techniques and have researched several of them, mostly Scientology, the Moonies and various multi-level marketing organizations.
Very nicely designed MySpace page, by the way.

You could also go back to 1975 and see what was going on between Iran and Iraq as well. You can go back to August 6, 1945 to see how America deals with enemies, some people didn't quite understand, so we gave a refresher course three days later.

No worries. At least you didn’t use it as a basis to attack me, like the idiot up-thread.
I’m fascinated by L. Ron’s cult, though. I have several friends who left it, and others who are active crusaders against it. I’ll definitely check your thread out.
To: jmc813
Disregard any harsh words and thanks for retracting. I’m glad we cleared up the misunderstanding. And thanks for the compliment.
To: WhistlingPastTheGraveyard
I don’t exactly have the high moral ground to attack most others for their religious beliefs...

Ive always liked Ron Paul, he is not a like a serial rapist.Never said he was. Read the post. I'm comparing his idea of being nice to Iran is little different than expecting proper behavior from a serial rapist.
When dealing with the likes of Iran, Chavez, et. al, we're dealing with the forces of evil. You don't get anything in return from trying to dialog with evil. Except our destruction.
You like Ron Paul. I sincerely question your judgment.

My apologies if you think my intent is "trolling". If you are either unable or unwilling to answer the questions is fine. I ask questions because I don't have all the answers; I was honestly looking for different views. Personally I think we are in the current situation (WOT, Iraq, etc.) in large part because of actions more than thirty years ago amongst several nations. You may disagree but that is what discussion forums like this are about. My twenty-six years of military and intelligence area work gives me some some insight but it is not all-emcompassing. I have opinions just like everyone else here. I am not trying to convince you nor anyone else to change your own views. How you choose to respond (from sincere to caustic) to differing views is your call.
