To endorse someone who hasn’t shown any better polling than he has would be a waste. I just don’t see Tancredo throwing all he’s fought for into the wind.


You’d think if he is going to endorse and make the annoucement in Iowa rather than his home state then it would have to be one of the top contenders in Iowa and not someone with no chance of winning.... In that senario it would have to be Huckabee, Romney or Thompson and Thompson has a very slim chance of being the outright winner. Makes one wonder what Tancredo’s intentions are.....

Iowa isn't so much about winning as being in the top 3. At least for Fred. And with a Tancredo endorsement, that could help him accomplish that. Look at Iowa's track record. It isn't all that great as far as picking Presidents.
