I think I understand your point. How do you win the votes of the "ignorant"? Of those who are too busy or don't care enough to pay attention to who's right on the issues, etc. Those who, by default, seem to be content with letting the media tell them who to vote for. It is a sad reality, as someone else stated, but a true one.
I'm trusting that his campaign has some well-qualified people who are working on that issue. But it is certainly a valid concern. I'm using my small contributions, bumper-stickers, and phone calls to do what I can.

It’s not enough for a candidate to be right any more. They must be packaged and marketed properly, too. People have to “FEEL” that the candidate is right for them as well as “THINK” it.
