They do not understand the Constitution and the Bill of Rights sufficiently to grasp the concept of separation of powers. Perhaps not. However, they understand very well that a single, unelected, unaccountable federal judge from Nowhere USA can dictate war policy. The Left is adept at using the Constitution in order to destroy it.
