Someone with far better computer skills then I, should do a morph, Hillary cackling continuously morphing into the Wicked Witch of the West with her cackle.
But keep it short, please!!
She cackles every time someone throws her a negative question. I think the cackles come every time she makes a mental note on who she will try to take down.
Her cackle reminds me of the end of the first Batman movie, when The Joker (Jack Nicholson) dies at the end, and he has that laugh box in his jacket. He is just laying there with a grin on his face, and the laugh going off.
