I hope enough Republicans are at least attempting to stay somewhat informed on the many issues that really will have a big effect on the future congress mix of players.
We all had better participate in our local, regional, and country wide elective process or the goons are going to get back into power full swing.
One does not always have the option to vote for a tried true conservative. But to let the likes of Pelosi as one example get to where she now sits, is unforgivable. The country does not learn from it's mistakes. One cannot get huffy and stay away from the polls because "the best" candidate is not in the running, thinking the hordes of ill informed will somehow see the errors of their ways.
In short, the Republican base and conservative minded independents had better keep their eye on the ball, and not let the goon squads fully take both houses, or we are going to be in deep dodo.

Congressman Wally Herger of N. CA is a conservative Mormon. Most of the Mormons I am familiar with are pro-property rights and local government.
