The videos also include comments from the New York senator’s constituents, including a mother with a sick child who says Clinton “worked outside of the view of the media” when she helped her daughter get the medical attention she needed

I was just reading a different thread on the "Softer Side of Hillary." If you go to the main article and read the comments that follow, a poster pushed this same story as a personal anecdote. Seems like a plant to me. Just more of Hillary manipulating the media.

Here is the comment to which I was referring:

6.December 17th, 2007 12:46 pm There are many quiet stories about Hillary. For one, she spoke at a huge affair at one point. In the audience was a woman with a child newly diagnosed with a rare and difficult, bad disease. She asked a staffer if Hillary might help. Late that night, at the end of a very long day, Hillary spent one-half hour with this woman, alone in her car, listening to her story. The next day the woman got a call from a doctor in Baltimore saying he would see the child — a visit arranged by Hillary Clinton. This is just ONE story. If readers want to know more, they should read her book and books about her and ask questions of her campaign people. Thank you for listening. This story is just one more reason why I support Hillary Clinton. — Posted by jeannie reed

Note to self: Google Jeannie Reed. Sounds like a talking point to me.

No doubt. More stories like this will be forthcoming, i.e., "She DID NOT want this publicized, BUT, her unswerving and unselfish devotion to helping my sick and ailing child, husband, father, sister, mother, 1st grade teacher, when we were hammered by six figure medical costs, for which we had no insurance, showed to all her compassion and selfless contribution, blah, blah, f'n blah.
