How? Income taxes are paid using social security numbers. Illegals do not have social security numbers, at least not legitimate ones.

If an illegal's SSN doesn't check out, the IRS just assigns a "Taxpayer ID number" and happily collects without informing ICE.

The other side of the coin is that the IRS also distributes Earned Inome Tax Credits (those with children under 17), including a government check, to those who paid no taxes. That's the real incentive for illegals to file their taxes.
