An exiled opposition group, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), last week said Iran shut down its nuclear weapons program in 2003 but said restarted it a year later, dispersing equipment to thwart international inspectors.

Now a Moslem would never lie. /S

Well, the NIE didn't claim that the Iranians shut their weapons program forever in 2003....just that they "shut it down."

The NIE in 2008 after the mushroom cloud clears, they can say...."As we reported last year, Iran shut down the program in 2003,...and apparently restarted it in 2004....."

Remember, these are clintonistas in the CIA....parse.....parse!
