Guess this ends that “Thompson-Lieberman 2008” bogeyman some FRed opponents were touting.
First I'd heard of that. Seems like it would be a pretty good ticket.
Not at all....indeed it could presage a party switch at least...I would not expect Thompson-Lieberman though unless McCain does reasonably well in the primaries, and I don’t expect that.
