Yessiree...attrition is key, along with closed borders. Until we see how many leave because they can't get jobs, we won't know what we're dealing with. It may not be a huge problem.

I hear reports that Windsor Canada is upset that so many illegals are headed their way.

W and Rove have wrongly supported agriculture and business' access to much needed and cheaper labor, but an accelerated LEGAL program could provide much of those workers, but again we won't know how many we need until attrition has occurred.

We already have a guest worker program for agricultural workers [H2A visa]. I don’t know how any good public policy can be made without having the data on how many illegals are here. In 1986 the USG estimated that one million would apply for amnesty, the number turned out to be three million. Now the USG is estimating 12 to 13 million. Imagine if they off by a factor of three again.
