I believe that Fred did not want to be on the Delaware ballot for some reason.

Maybe he got bad advice, but he could have gotten on so easily had he wanted to.

Maybe they thought he would do so poorly there that he would be better off not on the ballot.

Whether the reason was stupid or not, I don’t know, but I do think it was intentional.

Not to be rude, but that is the scariest comment about Fred, and his campaign I have ever heard!

I am sorry, but if you are running for the President of the United States that is ALL the states, not just the ones that you will "look good in". WOW, that makes a statement that I don't think I like. Had he been on the ballot in Delaware, and he lost, it wouldn't be that big of a deal because, after all, it is Delaware. But for him to not even compete because he might loose is pathetic, and terrible campaign strategy. Now the story won't be Fred places last in Delaware (big deal) but Fred was afraid to compete in Delaware.

If I were them, I would stick with the story that it was just a campaign snafu.
