You know, a popular genre in fiction writing is A-U (Alternate Universe) fiction, or “What Would Happen If...”

I can’t help but wonder what might have been, if young Hillary Diane would not have hooked up with Billy-jeff Blythe?

To answer your question about what would have happened if the young Hillary hadn’t hooked up with young Billy Blythe.
Well, one day Hillary and a friend went riding, free of the Secret Service for the day. The car broke down and they were barely able to hobble it into a remote auto mechanic’s shop. Hillary recognized the mechanic. He was an old boyfriend. He fixed the car and Hillary and Huma were on their way in record time. Huma asked, “Just think, Hillary, if you’d married that guy, you wouldn’t have had the privilege of being married to a President.” Hillary eyed Huma coldly. “Oh dear, you really don’t understand, do you? If I had married that mechanic, HE would be the former President of the United States and Bill would have probably been the mechanic fixing our car today.”
