I had planned on making a Christmas gift purchase this week at our northside KC Dillards. I wont. I wrote them a polite but nastygram this afternoon thru their website Dillards.com (contact us). Let’s see if they give an adequate response. One can only hope they’ve learned a hard lesson.
the link at post 24 provides a lot more info. The puppy isn’t a service dog yet, and was being trained so it probably didn’t look right to them. (But he did have the vest on. The buffoon manager should have given the Vet the benefit of the doubt.
