And you, being THE manager of the store after hearing about the incident from secondhand sources, aka the media, would have done what? And since all you have to rely on is what you have read in the posted article, what other action may have been taken by that manager that wasn't reported?

Or do you have all inclusive information that you would like to provide the rest of us FReepers that proves that Dillard's is nothing more than a military hating, Chinese goods importing, societal leech?
