I still think we're better off running against Hillary than against Hussein Obama - HE's the truly dangerous one!
and he has a much better chance of appealing to "undecided" - i.e., easily swayed - voters.

That is what the power broker Democrats have realised as well.

We conservatives are torn between that, and having such fun at seeing the Clintons hoisted on their own petard.

Obama vs. almost any of the Republicans is Kennedy vs. Nixon redux - if cheating is necessary, national sympathy will go to the telegenic guy. It will be necessary to nominate Romney and hope he can win a couple of Kerry states back by focusing on Obama's inexperience.
