This article in the
Seattle Times says it all. I've worked with Fred Jarrett on transportation issues and know him. By insisting on socially conservative stances in an area that is socially liberal, the Republicans are courting a total wipeout in suburban Western Washington. I question whether the Republicans can hold the 8th Congressional District much longer.
