As her mother's presidential hopes unravel, so does Chelsea's plastic surgery job.
Not sure about her having plastic surgery, but she certainly has put on a lot of weight since the last I saw photos of her. Plus those “bags” under the eyes (premature aging changes in the skin probably inherited from her mother).
