O'Sullivan said the sets "come close to resurrecting the old anti-Semitic canard that says Jews killed Christ."

One it's not anti-semitic. It makes a political point, and I think an even deeper religious one about Christ. Two, what does this guy care about a nativity scene? His faith doesn't believe in Christ so why should he care what's in it or not? Are we now to take the depiction of any wall as anti-semitic?

What is the point if not the political appropriation of Christianity by Muslims and Arabists?

Jesus was Jewish or Chiristianity is a lie. There were no Palestinians when Jesus was born. The only occupation and walls were Roman or those created by the Edomite Herod imposed as the "King of Jews".

I'm not sure about the anti-Semitism of it, but I do think its a thinly veiled effort to inspire hatred toward Jews. The inescapable implication is that Jews are preventing Christians from worshiping their Lord with their infernal wall. Of course, Jews are just trying to protect themselves from getting blown up, so the thing is a vicious lie. I think Jews and all decent thinking folks, including the author are entitled to care.
