Morris was a prominent Republican adviser before he was a prominent Democrat adviser.

He switched over when he saw that Bill Clinton needed his advice and could offer him the kind of power and includence he wanted in return. All it needed was one word, “triangulation.”

My sense is that Morris is willing to advise anyone, left or right, corrupt or not, provided he can have access to the White House and feel himself to be at the center of power.

Here in New Hampshire, you can tell that Hillary!’s campaign is getting nervous. They have begun to run TV ads that are short on policy positions and long on her “personal” qualities. Basically, they are designed to “humanize” her (a tall task, that) by showing her smiling and hugging and campaigning with her mother and daughter. Did you know that Hillary!’s mom still lives with her? Neither did I, until this morning, when I saw it on WMUR-TV in Manchester. If not sure exactly where “home” is in this context - Washington, D.C? Chappaqua, New York? Perhaps some enterprising FReeper can research this little factoid to properly gauge its veracity.
