(2) The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has concluded that ``there is new and stronger evidence that most of the warming observed over the last 50 years is attributable to human activities and that the Earths average temperature can be expected to rise between 2.5 and 10.4 degrees Fahrenheit in this century.
While I liked the no handraising stunt (and more GOPers should stand up to the MSM/DNC shills), Fred's prior position on GW is not all that much different than the others. And it highlights one of the major things that kept me from jumping on the Fred bandwagon from Day One --> his propensity to align with the Gang of 14 types as he did on this climate change bill.
