To: Dead Corpse
A child has a God-given inalienable right to life. No one, not even their parents, can take that away, either before or after they are in possession of their fully developed faculties.

The same would be true for any other God-given inalienable right. If you insist that the right to keep and bear arms is a God-given inalienable right, then children also possess it.

Of course. They possess it. When they reach their full maturity, then they should have complete access to it. Their parents/guardians raise their children as their morals dictate.

However, the government is no one's parent. They are given no power to restrict our Rights. Doesn't matter if it's a local school board, a State legislature, or the Federal government...
